Successfully negotiating your salary in a job offer, a promotion or a review requires that you enter the conversation empowered with confidence and knowledge. Learn what you need to know before you enter the boss’s office or take a job offer to get what you deserve and activate your earning potential.

In this engaging workshop, Jessica Williams, founder of the Superwoman Project, will lead you through what you need to know to negotiate your salary effectively for an upcoming review, job offer or promotion. Past attendees of this talk have increased their current salary by $5k-$15k in the following week using the skills they learned.

Jessica Williams is the Founder of the Superwoman Project where she works with individuals, nonprofits, and corporations to advance the professional development of strong, powerful female leadership.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from The University of Oregon, is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach and a Certified Yoga Instructor. She has been awarded for her work in social change and marketing through The American Marketing Association and Portland Monthly.

Jessica has been featured on the TEDx stage, The Huffington Post, She Owns It, and as a guest on dozens of podcasts.
