About the Presenter:
Joni Krapec

Prior to joining the Career Advancement staff, Joni worked at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine as the Director of Admissions and Outreach. Joni started her career at Yale University where she was the Assistant Director for Health Professions Advising. Joni also has experience in undergraduate admissions and working in a factory assembling cell phones to earn money for graduate school. Joni earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Education from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Master’s of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, Joni cheers on the Michigan Wolverines, the Bears, Blackhawks and Cubs, and spends time with her husband and two daughters.
